Inside Operations Sales is responsible for generating operations-related sales with Customers using methods such as phone calls and emails; Provides direct support to the Marketing Department in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Canada Pump and Power Customers to ensure that the company is able to meet its growth targets for Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales for the Operations and Production branches through internal methods, such as phone calls and emails
  • Analyze sales trends
  • Follow through with marketing plans and strategies developed by Marketing Manager
  • Reviewing requests for quotations on bid sites and identifying applicable requests
  • Help developing the Corporate Image
  • Ensure the marketing budget is followed
  • Distribute marketing material to existing Customers
  • Help modify and improve marketing strategies
  • Create a Customer focused organization
  • Collect Customer Satisfaction Reports, Surveys, and Questionnaires

  • Determination of Requirements Related to the Products/Services
  • Plan Equipment Requirements for Project
  • Renting and Selling Equipment

  • Daily Reports of Functions

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Driver abstract
  • Security clearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Adept in Microsoft Office
  • Completion of Pumps 100 course
  • Demonstrated successful sales abilities
  • Strong ability to predict and adapt to market trends
  • Strong background in marketing and sales
  • Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills

Work Environment:

  • General office environment
  • Work is generally sedentary

Physical Demands:

  • Sit for extended periods of time
  • Use a computer for several hours a day
  • Stand and walk when necessary
  • Light lifting of supplies and materials

Reports To:

  • Chief Executive Officer
  • Chief Operations Officer
