At Canada Pump and Power (CPP), our mission is to be the most reliable, comprehensive solution for industrial projects across Dive, Pump, Barge, Dredge, and Maintenance services. Serving Fort McMurray, Northern Alberta, and beyond, we help our clients tackle complex, high-risk operations with practical, safe, and innovative solutions.
CPP has developed its own line of patented products under the Mighty brand, redefining how pumping, dredging, and industrial operations are performed. Our Mighty Pumps are engineered for efficiency, durability, and lower fuel consumption, delivering reliable results across water, wastewater, slurry, chemical, solids-handling, high-head, and high-volume applications. Meanwhile, the award-winning Mighty Dredge is the world’s first fully autonomous dredge, combining underwater robotics, real-time monitoring, and intelligent control to extract solids faster, safer, and with less environmental impact than conventional systems.

Our Founder
Founder and CEO Jeremy Leonard began as the first commercial diver in the Fort McMurray area in 1979. His early experiences tackling challenging underwater operations inspired the creation of Canada Pump and Power in 2010. Driven by innovation and a commitment to solving complex industrial challenges, Jeremy has led CPP in designing patented technologies that transform pumping, dredging, and dive operations.
Headquartered in Ardrossan, Alberta, CPP operates a manufacturing facility in Redwater, a sister company in Oahu, Hawaii, and an office in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, allowing us to deliver world-class solutions locally and internationally.
